If you baked your meatballs in a cast iron, they should be coming out of the oven now. To give you dish that extra flavor, I recommend removing the meatballs to sit in another pan and begin working in the Cast Iron they baked in.
Start with melting a stick of butter to mix with the residue from the meatballs
Once melted, add ~ 1/4 cup of flour and whisk together.
Once combined, add
Dijon Mustard - 1 tbs
Wirschester Sauce - A couple Drops
It’s important to keep the temperature low to avoid burning the sauce
Also, if your sauce is too thick, or your want to get more out of it, I recommend adding your preference of stock to the mixture. On the contrary, if it’s too thin, add flour or heavy cream to the mixture.
Cranberry Sauce and Thai Noodles.
They look pretty and work in the picture, but I imagine this dish would be significantly improved if substituted with Speatzle. It works much better with the Mustard in the Sauce and Germany is much closer to Sweeden than Thailand is, so it makes more sense.
THAT BEING SAID!
Cranberry Sauce and Thai Noodles Make for an excellent combination and I will add them in other Recipes
